These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the Brandure Tap+ services and products offered by Brandure, a premium digital business identity platform offering NFC-enabled metal cards, V-Cards, and a smart dashboard.
By accessing, purchasing, or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by the following Terms, as per Indian laws.
1. Legal Framework
This Agreement is governed by:
Information Technology Act, 2000
Consumer Protection Act, 2019
Indian Contract Act, 1872
Other applicable laws of India
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or using our services under parental/guardian supervision, to place an order or access our platform.
3. Products & Services
Brandure Tap+ offers:
NFC metal business cards with custom branding
Interactive V-Cards for digital identity
A personalized dashboard for updates, analytics, and profile control All services are personalized and activated upon successful order confirmation and payment.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate, lawful, and non-misleading information
Not upload or share unlawful, offensive, or infringing content through your V-Card or dashboard
Use our services ethically and in compliance with Indian cyber laws
Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension of services.
5. Pricing & Payments
All prices are displayed in INR and include design, tech setup, and applicable taxes (if any)
Full payment is required in advance to confirm and begin production of your order
Payment methods include UPI, credit/debit cards, and verified Indian payment gateways compliant with RBI guidelines
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time,
but changes will not affect orders already confirmed and paid.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of payment, provided customization has not started Due to the personalized nature of the product, refunds are only provided in limited cases, such as: Faulty or non-working NFC chip Incorrect delivery Product damaged in transit See our full Return & Refund Policy for details.
7. Intellectual Property
All logos, software, templates, and dashboard designs are protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and remain the property of Brandure. You are not permitted to: Reproduce, redistribute, or resell any part of the platform Use Brandure’s identity or materials without permission
8. Limitation of Liability
Brandure Tap+ is not liable for: Loss of business, data, or reputation due to third-party misuse of your card Errors in customer-submitted information Any indirect or consequential damages Our maximum liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the product.
9. Privacy & Data Use
We collect and process your data in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and align with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Bill, 2023.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
All transactions are governed by the laws of India Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh We encourage resolution via customer support before initiating legal action

These terms may be updated without prior notice. Changes will be published on our official website. Your continued use implies acceptance of revised terms
