The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
Due to the personalized and custom nature of our NFC digital cards, returns are not accepted once an order is confirmed and the production process has started.
However, we do accept returns or replacements under the following circumstances:
The product received is damaged or defective
The wrong product or design was delivered
The NFC functionality is not working and cannot be resolved through troubleshooting
Return requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product.
Refunds will be processed only in the following cases:
If the order is cancelled before printing/engraving begins
If the product is out of stock or unavailable after payment
If the returned product (in case of defects) is approved for a refund after our internal quality check
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed & credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as customization work hasn’t started.
After this window, cancellations will not be possible.
5. Exchange Policy
If your card is defective or non-functional, we will replace it free of cost after proper verification.
Exchanges are not allowed for change of mind or design preference after order confirmation.
If your order is not delivered due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, a refund will not be issued. However, we may offer a reshipment option at additional shipping cost, if the product returns to our facility in good condition.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
